Congratulations to Monica, breakfast chef at Makaron since November 2008. Monica has earned Employee of the Month October 2011 for her achievements in the kitchen.
Monica’s friendly face is always a welcome sight in the kitchen, and her delicious breakfasts have made diners happy since Majeka House opened. Though most of our guests never meet her, she does not fail to brighten their day.
