Anri Diener, our Chef at Majeka House had the priviledge to welcome Aurélien Gransagne in her kitchen for 10 days end of January.
Anri & Aurélien got along amazingly well and produced a 4-course menu served at Majeka House from the 25th till the 31st of January. All clients were very happy and raved about the menu combination of simple yet perfectly executed food.
Aurélien left after giving Anri a few tips for her kitchen and with the promise to send her to Marc Meneau's l'Espérance in August to see for herself what a michelin kitchen entails.
